About Sound & Stories:

You are invited to join the first gathering of Sound & Stories with Annka, Renée and Julia. In this 90 minute session we’ll combine the complementary healing arts of sound and storytelling. We’ll weave a soundscape, that allows you to be nourished through deep, conscious listening and vibrational frequency. 

What to expect:

This journey can help you to enter a state of presence, calm and connection. Explore the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit through a blend of different sounds, rhythms and a nourishing and inspiring selection of poetry and story.

What to bring:

  • comfortable clothes, layers may be helpful depending on the weather 
  • any protection you need outdoors
  • a blanket or yoga mat and anything else that helps you to create your cozy listening nest

We’ll meet at the Nordteil of Englischer Garten. In case the weather won’t allow us to be outdoors, the event will be postponed. We’ll announce this on Saturday.

It’s best to go by bike or with public transportation, as parking is available, but limited.
