About Sound & Stories:

You are invited to join the next gathering of Sound & Stories with Annka, Renée and Julia. In this 75 minute session we’ll combine the complementary healing arts of sound and storytelling. We’ll weave a soundscape, that allows you to be nourished through deep, conscious listening and vibrational frequency. 

What to expect:

This journey can help you to enter a state of presence, calm and connection. Explore the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit through a blend of different sounds, rhythms and a nourishing and inspiring selection of poetry and story.

• comfortable clothes, layers may be helpful if you like it extra cozy
• anything that helps you to create your cozy listening nest
• there are mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows in the studio
